You’re invited to Gild Collective’s Developing Female Leaders workshop.
This workshop focuses on:

Understanding prevalent barriers for women to progress to leadership

Outlining each individual’s personal definition of success, and identifying key factors in achieving outlined objectives

Creating a personal strategy map that aligns individual values and vision to professional goals
-
Building strategies to fulfill personal and professional goals that help women succeed in leadership roles
Each participant will also have the opportunity to create their own hand-bound patterned journal, which will include the strategy map created during the workshop.
Organized by
works with women’s group leaders who know that small moments of gender bias, even unconscious, have a large impact on the women in their companies. Our creative workshops empower each individual woman so that she can lead and communicate with greater confidence. Beyond workshops, Gild Collective offers leadership awareness and advocacy trainings, and can work with your organization to develop a women's empowerment strategy that drives progress.
